What is a DBA? The Scientific Committee Jean-Louis Bischoff Scientific Director Informations Jean-Louis Bischoff holds a Ph.D. (École Pratique des Hautes Études) and is a qualified research director (University of Artois). He holds a diploma from IFER (Institute for Religious Studies and Learning), and serves an socialize researcher (Literature and Cultural Laboratory – in-house team member of the “Literature and Cultures of Childhood and the Youth/Robinson Center”) at the University of Artois. A specialist of trends, Jean-Louis Bischoff has unchangingly served in the music, liaison and leisure industry: from production of music performances (Elysée Montmatre), cinematographic events (Max Linder), to liaison assignments (Youth Card initiative of the Secretary of State for Youth and Sport, Lille City Council, the French national lottery). Jean-Louis Bischoff is the FEDE Research Director, the Scientific Director at the FEDE doctoral school and Director of the Trends Division. Alain Tobelem Scientific Director Informations Alain Tobelem holds a Ph.D. in minutiae economics (Sorbonne-Paris University), and is a qualified research director for management research (University of Nice). He holds diplomas from Sciences Po, Institute for Higher Studies on Latin America, CELSA and Sorbonne-Paris University (Hispanic and Portuguese languages and civilizations). He speaks four languages (French, English, Spanish and Portuguese), Alain Tobelem has worked in over 75 countries for many international organizations: InternationalMinutiaeCenter (CID) in Paris slantingly Josué de Castro (geopolitical expert on hunger issues); UNESCO as an expert on functional sultana literacy and on education economics and financing; World Bank as an expert on education financing, then as the main expert on institutional development; International Bureau for Employment (BIT) as project manager for the Brazilian Minister for Employment. Jean-Noël Vallée Scientific Director Informations Jean-Noël Vallée is a medical doctor (Necker – Paris V University), a graduate of the Faculty of Medicine and a qualified research director for neuroscience research. He moreover holds a Ph.D. in Physical Sciences (Paris 13 University), a graduate diploma from the Faculty of Literature (University of Lyon 3), an undergraduate diploma from the Institute of Business Administration (University of Lyon 3), a diploma from a Grande Ecole for Engineering (INSA Lyon) and a 4D Road Map International Certificate (4D work on the brain’s cellular structure). With diplomas in Radiology and Medical Imaging, Radiosurgery and Stereotactic Radiotherapy, Jean-Noël Vallée is a specialist of Diagnostic & Interventional Neuroradiology. His expertise serves in endovascular interventions: smart-ass aneurysms, vascular malformations and spinal conditions. He was formerly an intern and Assistant Clinic Head for Paris public hospitals. Jean-Noël Vallée is the Director of the InnovationSemesterof the FEDE doctoral school.
